I have the cabelas trail tamer by warn. It was inexpensive. I used it last winter without any issues. Before I purchased that I was looking at the plows at rocky mountain atv .com. they looked pretty good.

I have a Cycle Country plow on our Grizzly. I've also had them on other machines as well. They are a good plow. However, on my Grizz the winch is mounted so low that it often wants to pull into the quad instead of up. Last year we snapped the cable three times before I fashioned a pulley system that re-routes the cable up to the pulley then down to the plow. It's crude but seems to work. Either way, a snow plow beats the stuffing out of a shovel! Good luck.

Cycle country on the scrambler, 48 or 50" , manual lift. you could probably go to a 60" on that if you have a low range.

My neighbor has a Polaris 325 and a 48 inch plow, and I only had to take the Farmall over there once last year to help him out. My farmall is a Super A or 130 depending on who you talk to, not a cub, and Ill tell you what I love seat time on that thing, but he was having a blast on his quad pushing that snow. Manual lift but he never spilled a single Manhattan the whole time!!!! If I didnt have the tractor I would have the Cycle country 60" state plow for my Brute Force 750

the only problem with a center mount plow is you either have to take the bracket off every spring, or beat the bracket up on every rock and log you hit all summer. the pro-vantage (i think) mounts that mount higher in the front are nice since you can leave them on all year with no issues. like someone else mentioned, the Grizzly winch mounts are low in the chassis which makes it hard on the cable with repeated lifting. many guys have made up some sort of pulley system from the rack to allow the winch to lift the plow up, rather than back when you want the blade lifted. take a look here for some ideas..... http://grizzlyriders.com/forums/general-discussion/3983-5-hrs-new-winch-cable-broke.html

I know the cycle country plow I would get for my Brute is pretty easily removed. Might take about 20 minutes in the spring and another 20 in the fall to re-attach. I guess it comes down to how much you like tinkering, the on eon the Tractor takes about an hour, but I like tinkering!!!!

my actual plow drops in just a few seconds. pull 2 pins and unhook the winch cable, it's the mount for it underneath that is a pain. i have full aluminum skids and i have to remove my center skid to attach the mount. i also have to unbolt my floorboard mounts and replace with longer bolts. it's not really hard as much as it is annoying. i know alot of guys who won't go riding in the winter because they don't want to damage their plow mount. i usually use a truck (it's warmer in there!) but if the truck goes down, i'll throw the blade on the Grizz.
