Hope can find some help here. I live I Michigan, and a group of us are trying to register our ATV's so we can ride Marienville trails on the upcoming labor day week. Contacting the state, they cannot get our registration to us in time to make the date, it was suggested we spot buy at a certified agent. But when calling the ones on the list provided, none of the agents know how to register an out of state ATV.

If anyone knows of an agent knowledgeable on out of state registrations, that can register with either via phone/fax or accept Saturday of the labor day registration, please leave a comment in this thread.

We will be staying in Titusville Pa.

You can register any bike form any state in Pa. My sister lives in NJ and has had no problem registering hers. Im sure if you go on Pa.'s DCNR website and either get their number or there may even be a link to do it online. Worst case scenario would be to find a notary public/tag place near where you are staying and contact them. It would have to be your first stop but may save you some agggravation. Good luck!

Not sure if it has changed since 07 but these states will let you ride with pa plates and visa-versa.

Just an update, i called my local Notary and she did the leg work to figure this out. she called Harrisburg and found out that the notary needs to see proof of ownership (title, etc.) and then they just do a standard ATV registration, you get your temporary plate and registration card on the spot.
only difference from doing this for a resident is that they don't have to charge you tax on the vehicle.
i have spoken with the OP and he has explained this to a notary in the Tionesta area who is willing to fix him up on Saturday so he can ride ANF this weekend.
