Been lurking here for a while and finally registered.I live in Northeastern Pa. and have been into atvs for some time now.Current rides are a 08 Can-Am 800 Outlander Max XT.The others are old school machines,86 Honda 200x,85 350x.Mostly do local riding but like going to Alllegheny National Forrest.Some day I might make it to Hatfield McCoy.Hoping the park opens in Shamokin soon.Also looking at getting a RAC permit since available online.Anybody else here from my neck of the woods.

To the site . I'm from western Pa. but I know there are alot of other riders out your way . Jump in the Mud Pit ( Chat box on the right ) and get to know the guys . Great bunch of people here that are willing to help in any way they can . Also hook up and go on one of the many rides someone is always having .

I live a half hour north of Scranton Pa..Seems like this summer there hasn't been as much riding done.Me myself it was terrible summer,never got away anywhere.

Are you as far up as Elk Mt, or closer to carbondale? Its nice up there, but I havent really heard of any good riding for the public up that way. I did hear you can get from Calicoon NY to there by atv though

About the same distance from both.Only public riding nearby is Lost Trails.Only way to get to NY is by the snowmobile trails and Rails to Trails.Both of which atvs are not allowed but alot of people are doing it these days.

Thats knd of waht I figured. We run Beaver Meadows and Hazleton alot in the winter, and its good to be able to get out. We had 3 three wheelers out there February and I can wait to hit it some more this winter. Its great when it snoews up there and we take the wheelers out. I will definitley keep you in the loop on those rides, and any others too!

I see you have a good collection of trikes.Are you on any of the 3 wheeler forums?Usually late winter there is some informal ice racing going on in NY.Might try to make it up there for that.Don't know what I am going to do with mine at the moment.I spent to much money on the 86 200x.The 350x doesn't need alot to make it a good trail machine.What I really want is a really nice 350x now.Don't want to restore the one I have,costly.Was looking to trade them both for one nice 350x.

I paid 1200 for my x, and its a real decent shape original, except for tires and the Supertrapp. If you can hang till spring Id be real interested in a good running but not so pretty x. I want to make an all black one. A good friend of mine os looking for a 200x for his son, so we can get ya sold, just depends on your time frame.

Ill check it out, Im fugget1 on there, not really active htere, it seems very clicky to me. You wont find that here.

My user name is the same there.Alot of forums tend to be clicky.Had kind of bad experience with a guy from another forum.It was the first time I went on a ride with somebody.I am not a all out throttle pinned type.Not a slow poke either,mostly two up riding.My girlfriend loves going out on what she calls the Cadilac.

My wifes 2 up is great, but you cant wheelie it!

I can wheelie my two up!It is tough to hold since it has to be up a ways.Hey it says you are a safety instructor.Hope nobody gets mad with the talk of other forums,If so I appologize.

No, as long as you dont try to push the sites in here or advertise them. we all belong to a few sites, but this is absolutely my favorite.

There are three of us on here that do the instruction for youth atv. If you know of kids that need it just post it up or send me a pm, and we'll get them taken care of.
