I need new tires for my 01 wolverine 350 4x4. I'm looking at the kenda executioner or kenda bear klaw 25x10x12. I have the bear klaws for the raptor and there the 22x12x9 and they were great in the snow but I'm not sure how they would be on a 4x4. Dose anyone have any experience with either one on there 4x4. I'll be using them for plowing, mud and most likly the trail tires and I'll keep my stock tires as spares.

I am gonna order executioners this week from Rocky Mountain ATV. $409 shipped for 27". I have not heard anything bad about them and the price is cheap compaired to most aggresive tires.

yeah the kenda are noramlly the cheaper ones and the quality if normally better. the stock size is 23" tires so I dont want to go to big expecially since it's only a 350 motor. Have you ran anything like the executioners before? I started looking at the ams wheels since I think there phasing them out and there only like 40 bucks from denniskirk.

only had stock tires , I was looking at the swampfox plus but cannot find a front and rear set in 27" check out place they usually have some tire deals

rockymtn has seam to have pretty good pricing. it just sucks sometimes they don't have all the sizes they make. what type of riding are you going to use the tires on?

Which ever tires are the lightest are the ones I would buy. LOL!!

I don't think there much of a difference in weight. plus lighter isn't allways better. The lighter they are the less rubber so you have a higher chance of getting a flat. Those tires look like the ams ones.

I know that the executioners in 27" are 33lbs each but I am gonna get them anyway. They are 6 ply and all the reviews I read were good. So that's why I decided on them. I also like the swamp lites but leery about how they would perform in the mud. I am tired of getting stuck. Lol

the executioners are a little rough for low speed riding. otherwise a great tire. i have also been looking at the Bearclaws for my wifes 550, but it seems like every set i've seen has very short tread lugs.
i don't know how well the ex's would do in snow, i would think that they would dig to the bottom and leave you high centered. the best tire i have found for snow seems to be the stock chicken skins. their light and not aggressive enough to dig any holes. they get up on top and just go.
