Well 2 inner city boys coming down from NY were driving through Pa when a State trooper pulled them over. The trooper walked up to the drivers window and tapped on the window. When the driver open the window the trooper cracked him up along side his head with his nightstick. The driver asked why he did that and the trooper explained, When a trooper pulls you over you have your license ready when he gets to your door. At that the trooper walked around to the passenger side and tapped on his window. When he open the window the trooper cracked him. The passenger complained Why'd you hit me. The tropper replied I was just making your wish come true. Puzzeled the passenger said what you talking about. The trooper said 5 minutes down the road and you would have said "I wish that SOB would have tried that chit on Me"
