I know there's a forum fhread for it, but how about a more orginized calender year listing?

Jim... Great suggestion ! I am working on a way to do it, while allowing people to add events, without leaving it wide open for spamming as well... Right now, the best I can figure is that the events and details be emailed to our mods, or a common email box that the mods can access... Then post it on a good interactive calendar... Still thinking, and hoping to know more and have it running by the end of the year hopefully... Thanks!

What about a topic where we leave the dates and details about the events and then the mods can just add them to the calendar. If it takes a while to update it wouldn't matter because the forum would be public. I use a spreadsheet that I update each year. By the time I am done there is almost an event each weekend from March thru October.
Tri-County Open House, Demon Run Poker Run, Rumble on the Ridge, Ramey Fire Co Poker Run, WindDig, Fisher’s ATV Reunion, Tri-County Haunted Ride and the Potato City ATV Jamboree and Swap Meet are some of the public events I have on there. Club Rides and Camping trips usually fill in the rest.
Well we do have an events forum now... So you can add there at anytime, and I would encourage you do to so... In fact I would be very happy if you would post everything you have for next year, but please put them in separate posts, and use the 'add to calendar' option also for now... An email system would also allow people who are not members to notify everyone here of their events as well... I would prefer them become members, but some people just dont arent into forums, so... GREAT SUGGESTION! Cant wait to see what you have to list... Thanks again!

ok, the calender may work just fine, put one on for the 15th of january, and the link will come up for it when you click on it. I have a mess of them, mostly west pa side events, most with no dates yet, but i'll get the ones up that do.
