Here are some valve clearance specs. Thought this might be useful to some.

VALVE/TAPPET CLEARANCE (400/500)
Intake 0.05-0.10 mm (0.002-0.004 in.)
Exhaust (400) 0.22-0.27 mm (0.009-0.011 in.)
Exhaust (500) 0.17-0.22 mm (0.007-0.009 in.)

VALVE/TAPPET CLEARANCE (650 H1)
Intake 0.1016 mm (0.004 in.)
Exhaust 0.1524 mm (0.006 in.)

VALVE/TAPPET CLEARANCE (650 V-Twin)
Intake 0.10-0.15 mm (0.0039-0.0059 in.)
Exhaust 0.20-0.25 mm (0.0079-0.0098 in.)

Arctic Cat 400, 500, 700efi are Suzuki motors used in the Eiger, Vinson, and Kinquad. The 650 Vtwin is a Kawasaki motor used in the Prairie. The only true Arctic Cat Motors are known by the H1 (550,650, or 700 cause they are single cylinder) and H2 (Thunder Cat cause it is a V twin). I brought this up because these numbers maybe the same for the other quads, like the Eiger, Vinson, or the Kawasaki Prairie.
