I almost bought a commander, I just couldnt justify the cost of repairs sgould it have one. I also know the suspension is not the most sturdy for the abuse it can be put through in Pa. which is sad based on the iconic nature of the Can Am brand. This is all personal opinion, but we wound up with a RZR. My wife loves it, it is easy to fix, you dont have to be a Rhodes Scholar to do it, and parts are cheaper. We havent had to do any huge repirs, in fact none yet but I researched avergae costs per reapiar on both Polaris and Can Am sites and the Polaris was consistently less. So what are you in for? The Can Am was a nicer smoother ride, but not by a landslide, and the Can Am definitely felt more like a jeep type vehicle, with some really cool plstic and interior features. The Rzr is a Willy's, rides better though. We do have a Can Am quad, 500 2up and the repair bills on that are not cheap either, complared to the Kawi Kymco and many Honda 3 wheelers I have.
The Can Am definitely has a cool factor and is comfy. The Rzr is cool too but not as far out, and is cheaper in my opinion. Unless you ask Myleslong.
