Ok I am having a odd issue with my 660 grizzly when you turn the handle bar to the right the machine goes full throttle and almost put me through my garage door the other day. I am unsure if there is a kinked cable or if my assembly has gone bad? If you have any ideas before I stat putting the machine into parts trying to find the problem.

do you still have the stock bars on it?
i would pull the side panels and look around to see if the cable is catching on anything. it goes thru a guide near the steering post mount, that would be a good place to look also.
have you ever lubed the cable? maybe take the cover off, remove the cable and try pulling it by hand, if its tight or even has a tight spot, lube or replace it.

I have this on a buds Brute Force. His was a cable that was hanging up coming up through the pod. When he would turn, the quad would idle up. Depending on how old the quad is, you may want to invest in a new cable. I know people lube them, but when there is any doubt, I usually just buy a new one.

Try that or............make left hand turns

It is a 2005 and I am running the stock handlebars on it,

i asked because many of the guys with Grizzlies dumped the stock bars for risers and aftermarket bars.
i'd still check the things listed above.

Definitely hanging up on something. Wife's Honda street bike started that. Somehow the cable got hooked up on one of the opposite cable retainers. Just trace the cable and I am sure you will find it.
