If you don't want negative comments in a review then why write one? Thats what a review is all about. If a dealership is ripping people off, not knowing what they are doing THATS what a REVIEW is all about. May as well get rid of this thread then!!!!!!!

There is a difference between a review and opinion.

For example... I would suggest Dealer A for service on your Yamaha products. I took mine there and was very happy with what they did... they guy who handled my issues was very knowledgable and curteous. Dealer B did not find my problem and I had issues with them and pricing was high.

DO NOT REVIEW LIKE THIS...

If I were you I would take your quad anywhere but Dealer C... the mechanic is the most miserable person in the world and doesn't know anything about what he is doing and the counter personell is absolutely clueless...

These people may or have read this information on here and may have had some problems that prevented them from caring for your needs . Others may agree as well... some may disagree... but they road the thread was going down was no better than a typical bashing that is not tactful... nor wanted ...

We have to remember we are ATVingPA.com... not PAATVing anymore... that's where they went wrong...

Let's keep the reviews clean, a review can still get your point across without such, and remeber that how you say something means alot...

I appreciate your comment... and hope I get my point accross without sounding like a jerk... but read it through and ask yourself...

If someone wrote this about me... what would my response be to it...

What do you think those who this is about will say about our members and our forums... constructive criticsim... ok... piling on and personally attacking employees will not be tolerated...

Yes I agree with you 100%.Wording is everything!! I myself read a lot of reviews. I will read for weeks about something before I buy.( Why do you think I have not got new tires yet? ha ha ) If you do have a problem with someone I agree you should word it wisely like maybe " they don't seem to have the knowledge or are not very professional." I myself do like the idea that I can check here before I " HIRE " someone to work on my ATV. I do not and will not let anyone walk over me when it is my money paying someone to work on my machine or sell me something. I LOVE reviews for this purpose. But a review does not have to compare dealer A to Dealer B per say. If you go to one and are not happy with their service and it is 100% fact of bad service then it needs to be known. Yes pick your words WISELY!!

Post your reviews... but beware that what you post reflects not only on yourself... but ATVingPA and our other members as well...

The only reason I posted what I did was because of what replaced the thread.

We all need to jump on the bandwagon. A review does and always will point out the ugly and yes they point out the good and bad. No it is not our business to tell them how to run their business but it is US that makes their business. And if I had a business and I read a review and it was bad then it would be up to me to fix the problem to get a good review.

Same as with reviews a post should have the " wise wording also " maybe I took it the wrong way but I replied to what I read.

If the a bad dealer has a Facebook page then post your negative comments on there like I did when my Dodge dealer declined my warranty repair. I got an immediate respone from that.

Gonna be a grey area. Don't we owe it to all members and visitors to warn them of dealers who may have great deals but horrible service? Or vice versa? I know I'd like to be told before I go and make a mistake, wishing someone would have told me.
Better yet, just make it into a "My Experience" post. That way it just tells what you went through, how you were treated, etc....Then people can make their own conclusions on whether or not a dealer,product, etc. is any good. Just my 2 cents...and please, no change!!!!
