Thanks guys in advance for the carb help.
A few notes I think starting 2010 model year the slide in the carb on the DS250 has a stop in it. it is supposed to be easy to reemove. the slide stop, stops the slide at 3/4 throttle. The reason I think is because the new DS250's are stickered for younger riders I think 14 instead of 16.
I have made a few mods to my sons-(full power performance clutch kit-engages at a higher RPM and quad pulls much better especially going up hill), 14 tooth front sprocket-kills top end but again helps low end torque, removed air injection system, re-jetted carb.)
I am going to attempt to attach a few pics of the carb with some part or desi numbers.
