Anyone ever order from them? My 1st order not going to well. 5 phone calls and 2 emails because the wheels I ordered don't fit right. I still don't know what they are going to do to fix the issue. We will see.

That's where I got my wheel kit. No problems. Did they send you the wrong wheel size?

I've placed plenty of orders with them since I got into riding just a few years ago and never had a problem. I even returned a pair of Fox riding boots because they were to small and got credit promptly.

That's way I ordered from them everyone says they are great. I just don't understand what is going on. I got all 4 new wheels and tires. The front seem fine but the back wobble and I can't go more then 5 mph. The wheel don't fit tight to the hub. So all I am asking from them are they sure they sent the right ones. I can't get an answer. 4 phone calls and 2 emails and all I get is we will call you shortly??? Email was sent per their request with pictures to show how the wheel sets to the hub.

I have a 2007 Honda TRX500 4x4. Wheels are ITP steel.

Definitely not right. The center is too big to keep and hold the wheel center. This is causing the wobble.

The lip is also not allowing for a flush placement aganst the axle hub.

I looked at the pictures in the other pictures thread.

Could they have mounted them backwards?
It almost seems they have the wrong offset wheel for your make and model.
Or they might of pulled the wrong rims from stock when they went and mounted
them to the tires.

Just some thoughts.

Mounting is right. Other side has countersink for lug nuts.

I give 'em thumbs down. I've had plenty of foul ups (tires and wheels included) and bad CS response. Their pricing and selection are hard to beat, but just hope nothing goes wrong. I find their free shipping to be really slow from Utah to the east coast.
I switched to motosport.com -reliability and quicker shipping so far, but their selection isn't as big across the board.

Thanks for all the input into this thread. I am going on over 3 weeks with still no new wheels and tires on my machine. They have done a lot to make this right for me, and for this I say THANK YOU Rocky Mountain. Still not real happy until I have something for the money I spent. I hate having money tied up with nothing to show for it. But everything should be here by the 19th. banana

And as for the shipping it takes 1 week for me to get anything from them. I don't mind that because it's free shipping.

I agree with the shipping time, but FREE also means the cheapest way to get them to you!

I'll have to wait till there is a screw up as far as having an opinion on CS....

Rocky mountain is the best ever. This is where i order all my parts that i can. I recently got something and part of it fell off during a ride i called and and they shipped me a new one for free and the shipping only took three days.

shipping is always a week to get ANYTHING from RMATV, but i know that before i order. Dennis Kirk, Motosport and a few others all take about the same amount of time for me to get anything from also. JRGraham is in maine (i think) and i get parts from them in about 2 days and they have pretty good prices. i buy from several vendors and have not had a bad experience with any of them yet. my local dealer on the other hand, well he can go eat a bag of bolts for all i care, i won't buy anything from that jack@$$! even if it's cheaper to buy from him, i won't.

You can pay for 3 day, but I never got anything in 3 days free. Granted most of my orders were on the larger size.

i'm aware that you can opt for the 3 day shipping, but they don't offer that for free......
what i meant was that when i order something from Rocky Muntain and i take advantage of the free shipping (which i will always do) i am fully aware that it is going to take a full 7 day week. it never fails, it never shows up on the 6th day or the 8th day, all 20 (or so) times i have ordered from them it has taken exactly 1 week to arrive.
if you are planning to buy from them, expect it to take a week, unless you cough up the extra frog skins for faster shipping

At the rocky mountain website under shipping it clearly says orders over $99 dollars ship for free and 3 Day. But it excludes chemicals and big items such as wheels.

There is product descriptions and shipping information on rock mountains site maybe some of you should take the time to read them instead of bashing a good company. I personaly have had nothing but great service from them and will be using there services again and again.

i stand corrected. this must be something recent, because i just bought from them in January and theyweren't offereing the free 3 day.
has anyone bought from them and recieved the free 3 day and did it actually show up in 3 days?

edit: yamaharider, you might have mis-read my posts. i wasn't bashing them in any way. i said i know it takes a week and i expect that when i make my order. the free 3 day shipping is something they just recently started. they used to offer free shipping, but not the 3 day free shipping. the 3 day used to cost additional money.

They are not bashing them. They are simply stating their opinions. Unfortunately with the nature of the ATV business there are always going to be people with bad experiences. Weeding through the legitimate ones is a must to find a good parts supplier. I personally dont use them for much but havent had a bad experience with them yet. I think Magoo is warranted in his gripe with the company. Clearly his item does fit like the manufacturer states. Does that mean they are not a good company?? No, not at all. It clearly is just a review and an experience for a certain situation.

Glad to see its getting resolved Magoo. Keep us updated

I have ordered many items from them never had a problem. I have their tusk winch accessery kit and I broke a tree saver strap and i called them and i had a new one in a week. they didn't want the broken one back.
shipping always seems to be here when promissed. I know Fed X will not deliver something early, example: I ordered a new cell phone from verizon, tracking # said it was at local Fed X building 1 day later, 2nd day I went to Fed X and asked for it and they told me it was to early to deliver so it sat there for 4 more days until it was delivered. so shipping times may not always be from the seller but the shipper.

It took me a lot of phone calls and emailing to get them to understand I was not satisfied with the order. After they seen How unhappy I am, they are doing everything to make it right. They are actually going out of their way to make it right. As for the shipping I have NO problem with it at all because it's free. Wheels and heavy items are excluded from the 3 day shipping. I just got an email from them yesterday asking if my new wheels fit and was I happy with everything. I told them they have not arrived as of yet. They want me to email them as soon as I get them and let them know how I like them. So PLEASE don't feel I am bashing anyone here just a bad first experience with them BUT they seen to be making it right. AFTER I get the new wheels and tires I will let you know. ok

I hope it all works out for you magoo! I would hate to have to wait to be able to ride! I'm really glad to hear they are stepping up and trying to make things right with you - that's how companies keep customers. I myself would rather buy from a company I trust and spend a few extra dollars than to take a chance with someone new. We've ordered from RM a few times, and have never had a problem yet. Like I said, it's only been a few times, so it's not like we're ordering once a month :D

Please let us know how everything works out for you!
