Does your Polaris over heat?

I found this circuit breaker for the Rad. fan. It is supposed to be sealed in a plastic pouch, well I guess it was not sealed all that well, because it was filled with water.

I didn't even know I had it. It was in a plastic pouch that was melted together to seal it. That's what I found when I cut it open. When I bought the quad new I put dielectric grease in every connector.

Is it just a breaker that is movable, or is it a temp sender too? If its moveable just by adding wire to it, Id up the gauge and put it up under the handle bars somewhere. I am not familar with Polaris though.

No overheat issues yet, but I did manage to get some smoke coming off of the radiator after getting it hung up on an exploration ride with Lipcurl.
That short washout was darn near 30+" deep, and luckily a few logs piled under the tires got me out of there.

Under the hood behind the fuse box wiretied to the wiring harness is where this little pouch is located
mine is now in the headlight pod
