Just an FYI for those of you that do your own maintenance. I went to the Can Am dealer to pick up the chaincase oil yesterday. (the only oil I still use from BRP). The manual states a sprcific oil is needed. It is the same oil that the sleds use in their chaincase. It is very thick and it comes in a very small bottle for about 18 bucks or so. They dealership tried to sell me regular gear oil that goes in the front and rear differentials. The diff oil is 75W-90 synthetic. The customer service rep said this is what all the dealers are running in the chaincases but it is the WRONG oil!!!

Make sure you get the synthetic chainase oil the OWNERS MANUAL calls for.
