The machines seem to be well thought out and well built .

Unless things changed, they have no engine braking. Not very good on a machine that big.A friend bought one for the farm.He has alot of hills too.Took for granted that it did.

They do look pretty good...

BUT... I would have to drive one...

I have run the Kubota Diesels and wasn't real happy with them for more than a glorified golf cart on steroids !

The dealer told me they would let people test ride them in a couple weeks . Engine braking is exactlly what I was going to check out . That could make for some tense moments with a 1360# machine on a steep hill . I also noticed what looked like cast aluminum A-arms . Wonder how strong these would be on rough trails ? The CV boots seemed to be hard plastic instead of rubber . Not sure how these would hold up over time ?

I'm gonna say it looks sweet! It's prob not the best SXS around, I'm sure it does have a few issues... BUT it's JD's first shot at something like this. I'm sure after a year or two they will have some of these issues figured out. And the price is not to bad looking either!
