TTYL studs in the 6.5 were problematic..and they only made 10-12 PSI of boost.

Tell him to find a 2003 6.0 turbo for it or get the MTW Stage 1. Make sure he has head studs before he runs it though (for the MTW that is) cause it pushes the boost up higher that what the stock TTYL head bolts can handle (they are junk anayways). Much better setups and sounds better to boot
