Hello all. I live in the Palmerton area and looking for some fellow riders to go wheeling with. I can travel. I have not been out on a trail in 5 years or more. I had no one to ride with and did not want to go out alone. I am not familiar with any trails. I had an RAC permit and rode there a few times and would like to purchase one again if I can find people to go with. Looking forward to hearing from some riders.

What's up KawiRid750. I used to live in Palmerton but I recently moved to Lehighton. I'm planning on getting a RAC permit this year. I didn't get one for several years because everyone I used to ride with either sold their ATV or moved away. Give me a shout if you get a RAC permit and we will make plans to meet up an ride.

welcome.

Have a look over on CoalCountryRiders.com. They seem to always be looking for riders to join on RAC rides.

I would also check the Lehigh Valley ATV club. They have locals riders to you and frequent the AOAA.

I know it's a long way off but you really should put this one on your calendar: http://atvingpa.com/forums/ubbthreads.php/topics/39366/Tar_Hollow_ATV_Ride_Spring_201#Post39366

It is worth the trip, I can promise you that.

thanks, Marked that in my calendar for sure. Do you need to pre register or pay when you get there?

nope, just pull up, pay and go play. Just make sure you have a helmet and minimal liability insurance. This year we are doing the two-day event, but that's optional. There is a large field for camping, porta john's and a cook house that serves food.

If your username is indicative of your ride, we have a sizable kawi contingency that ride there (including me). There are some forum members from Brute Central that meet up there and ride. These trails are awesome, perfect for V-twin power.

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask here or on the TarHollowAtvRide facebook page. One of use will respond. There are three ride organizers (all named Steve).

Nice. Yes I have a Brute Force 750. My Machines are fully insured and always wear a helmet. The RAC land reminded me why as riders we should always wear helmets!! I keep my broken helmet here hung up on the wall.
