Been a few years or more !! Yeah, retired,
still above ground. and still don't have much
use for Pa's atv shenanigans. I'm still active
on gen3usa, and polarisproriders. Scrambler 600
was sold off several years ago, and that Magnum
500 is still in the garage, though getting a
remake, most wont see coming. Been riding sand
for almost 10 years now, so this build is centered
around that. Other then that, still shooting when
I can but, not much competitions anymore, and still
like to do some Black rifle builds, mainly M4's.

Hope all is well....

Fuj

Hey Jim !! Yeah.....The last official Pa ride was with
you on the Outlaw, Lotus on the Raptor, and me on the 600
stroker Scrammy. We did that hot lap at the ANF after the
main group ride.

Fuj how did that Scrambler 600 run? Was it worth it? I have a Sportsman 500 that we thought about doing the 600 engine once she gets tired. I see under your name it says Erie. Is that where you ride sand at?

The 600 was fun. I probably would not do it
in the Sportsman unless your really attached
to the bike. I was easily carrying 125 pounds
less on the Scrambler over a Sportsman. The
600's are pushing about 50 H.P with a ton of
low to mid torque. My new build was going to
use a Prostar 570 , but nothing reasonable,
cost wise was available, so I went back to the
ol' reliable 500. I may do this up as a 600,
but also thinking of a stock bore stroker with
a good grunt cam.

As for sand !! Yeah we have sand on the beaches
up here, but nothing to ride on. I travel out
West. Oregon, Oklahoma, Nevada, Wyoming, and my
all time favorite is St Anthony in Idaho. Roller
coaster balls out riding at it's best and some of
the tallest dunes in the country. And no trees
and rocks to worry about when you roll it.....LOL
